  19. Has your self-compassion decreased or increased with age? if it has increased, what is the best consequence you have felt from it?
  20. Can you go one week without ever looking at your wounds, shortcomings and weaknesses?
  21. What is a compliment you don’t hear enough, if you would not be honest but really honest?
  22. What would you do if you were guaranteed success and you could not fail at it?
  23. What would you do if you were guaranteed to fail no matter what you choose? What would be most worth doing even without a chance of success?
